In line with Kipas Holding's goals, policies and principles, we always welcome cooperation between educational institutions and industrial organizations to appropriately meet departments' intern needs, and we respond positively to internship requests from secondary and higher education. Programs are designed so that students can support their career choices and personal development during internships while also adding value to Kipas Holding.
Within the scope of Law No. 3308, our Vocational High School Internship Program creates practical application opportunities, within our quota, for vocational high school students we are obliged to employ, helping prepare them for the future in the best way. This practice starts when schools open in the final year of high school and ends when schools close. Each school determines its own students.
Our University Internship Program
One of our main goals is to create opportunities for these young people, whom we see as the guarantee of our future, to apply the theoretical knowledge they learn at school in our company, work and prepare for professional life in the best way. Quotas are determined by operations managers and the total quota is reached. It is applied in two 1.5-month periods during the 3-month summer holiday.
Authority and Responsibility
- The Human Resources Unit is responsible for receiving intern applications from relevant departments, approving them, distributing them to the relevant units and coordinating during the internship period.
- Department Management is responsible for correctly determining and requesting the number of interns based on the number of employees and the variety of work within the team. In addition, each team has a senior employee responsible for interns so they can gain knowledge and improve themselves during their internships.
- The senior employee responsible for interns tracks intern absences and reports them daily to the Human Resources Unit.
