In AAC Production;
- Agricultural soil is not used,
- No product containing radioactive elements is used,
- No harmful or toxic gas is released into the environment in any form during production.
AAC components;
Ground quartzite, gypsum, cement, lime, recycled AAC, water and aluminum paste; all are natural materials.
The raw materials above are mixed in suitable proportions and poured into molds, where the mixture begins to react. Hydrogen gas formed during the reaction creates pores in the cake-like semi-finished product inside the mold. After formation, the hydrogen gas leaves the mold without leaving any waste. During cake formation, 0.5 - 1.5 mm pores fill with air. AAC cakes matured in the mold are steam-cured in autoclaves at 190°C for 5 - 12 hours under 12 bar pressure.
The products obtained from these processes are packaged and stocked for market release. After final inspections by quality control are completed, they are offered for sale.
KCS Kipas Gazbeton has made it its duty to protect the environment not only during production but also with its products. For this purpose, it offers the same wall with 20-25% energy savings by producing the first and only product in the AAC industry with a thermal conductivity value of 0.086 W/m.K.
